The latest addition to the e-commerce platform is the Xiaomi TV Redmi A50 2024, marking the sixth installment in this year’s lineup of the Redmi A series. The new Redmi TV A50 is already available for 1,349 yuan (about $186) in China.
Maintaining its design philosophy, the Xiaomi TV Redmi A50 2024 keeps its signature metal full-screen construction, featuring a screen-to-body ratio of 96.9%.
Regarding visual capability, the Redmi A50 performs well with 4K resolution and a 1.07 billion color display. The color gamut covers 78% of the DCI-P3 spectrum, with a 200 to 300 nits brightness range. Notably, HDR and VRR variable refresh rates are not included in this version.
For sound, the Redmi A50 features dual 10W power speakers, providing a rich sound experience. DTS audio decoding enhances the audio quality.
The Redmi A50 2024 uses a quad-core A35 CPU with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. It supports a 2.4G wireless network for smooth connectivity.
