Redmi has unveiled the Redmi Pad SE, a budget-friendly tablet in Europe. Its 4GB variant prices around 1,578 yuan (about $217).
The design of the Pad SE is simple. It features a 10.1-inch full HD display with up to 1920×1200 pixels resolution. The tablet has a 178° wide-angle viewing capability. The top of the screen features a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls and selfies.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor powers the Redmi Pad SE, featuring 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that you can expand through the MicroSD card slot. This setup ensures smooth performance for multitasking, gaming, and multimedia consumption. The tablet operates on the MIUI platform, offering various themes and customization options.
The Redmi Pad SE has an 8000mAh battery with fast charging, providing extended usage. The tablet supports Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi, and 5G network connectivity. It includes a USB interface, a Type-C interface, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for connections with external devices.
Productivity applications and entertainment software such as WPS Office and Xiaomi Music are included. The tablet has reading and protection modes to reduce eye strain caused by blue light. It also integrates an AI-powered voice assistant feature for voice commands.
