Foreign media reports indicate that following the success of the second-generation “Inspiration Stylus,” Xiaomi has set its sights on the new Focus Pen. “Focus Pen” suggests a product designed to enhance concentration and productivity. Comparing this to the overseas English description of the “Inspiration Stylus” as the “Smart Pen,” it’s evident that the Focus Pen represents a step forward in Xiaomi’s innovative stylus lineup. While specific differences remain undisclosed, one can expect exciting features and capabilities from this new offering.
Recently, the upcoming Focus Pen surfaced on the Bluetooth SIG certification website, sporting a claim ID of D064910 and a model number of 23089MP43C. Notably, it will be compatible with Bluetooth connectivity version 5.1. Though additional details are still under wraps, we anticipate further updates in the coming days.
Looking back at the Xiaomi Inspiration Stylus (Second Generation), its dimensions measured 160mm x 8.8mm and weighed approximately 13 grams. With a 40mAh lithium-ion battery built-in, it boasted an impressive battery life of 150 hours and supported wireless charging. The sleek white design featured two buttons on its body and a 26° elastic tip, capable of recognizing 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. Moreover, it offered Bluetooth connectivity and palm rejection functionality.
