On May 23rd, Gizcoupon reported that Xiaomi had announced that the Xiaomi Civi 3 is scheduled to be officially released on May 25th, Beijing time. It is known as “the work of three-year exploration of sharp changes” and “the dawn of new trend smartphones.”
Regarding this phone, we have seen a lot of revelations so far. According to the available information, the Xiaomi Civi 3 has the model number 23046PNC9C, codenamed “yuechu.” Furthermore, it features the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra SoC and has 12GB of RAM. It will also come pre-installed with MIUI, based on Android 13.
It is said that the new device features a “twin-tone” design with harmonious color combinations and a semi-tone aesthetic. Moreover, it boasts a front dual-camera setup, described as inheriting the flagship’s optical prowess.
Notably, the Xiaomi Civi 3 will support 5G Roaming in Different Networks. With this feature, the phone can seamlessly connect to 5G networks from various operators without the need to change the SIM card. In other words, if you have a SIM card from Operator A and there is no Operator A’s 5G network available in your current location, but Operator B offers 5G coverage, the phone will prioritize connecting to Operator B’s 5G network.
In addition, according to Digital Chit-Chat Station, this smartphone will adopt a dual front camera setup. They both utilize 32-megapixel Samsung S5KGD2 sensors. The rear camera will feature a Sony IMX800 sensor as the primary camera (with OIS). The screen will support a high refresh rate of 120H. Additionally, it will house a built-in 4500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
