On May 24th, Gizcoupon reported that iQOO unveiled its first tablet, the iQOO Pad, during yesterday’s new product launch event. It has the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chip and features a 12.1-inch 144Hz 2.8K display.
iQOO Pad specifications
Regarding the screen, the iQOO Pad boasts a 12.1-inch 2800×1968 LCD display. It has an aspect ratio of 7:5 and a peak brightness of 600 nits. Additionally, it supports a 144Hz refresh rate, 180Hz (finger) / 240Hz (stylus) touch sampling rate, and a 1.07 billion-color display. It also supports P3 wide color gamut, HDR10, and chip-level intelligent blue light protection. Furthermore, it has received TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification and features natural light brightness adjustment and eye-comfortable color temperature adjustment.
In terms of performance, the iQOO Pad is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It possesses a heat dissipation area of 14442mm². As for the cameras, the tablet sports an 8MP front camera (HI846) and a rear camera setup comprising a 13MP main camera (HI1336) and a 2MP macro camera (OV02B10).
In the battery department, the iQOO Pad houses a large 10,000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging, allowing it to be fully charged in 139 minutes. As for accessories, the iQOO Pad can be paired with the iQOO Smart Touch Keyboard, which features a 64-key design and a 6531mm² frosted glass touchpad. The screen angle is adjustable over a wide range, and it introduces Win/Mac dual-system shortcut keys. Additionally, it also comes with the iQOO stylus, equipped with a self-developed simulation writing feedback engine (incorporating a linear motor), a self-developed Chinese handwriting beautification algorithm, magnetic wireless rapid charging, and support for global annotation and PPT presentation control.

In other aspects, the iQOO Pad has a thickness of 6.59mm and weighs 585g. It features an aerospace-grade aluminum body. However, it is only available in a single gray color option. It supports NFC, USB 3.2 Gen1 with a maximum bandwidth of 5.0Gbps, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. Additionally, it also comes with a self-developed six-speaker audio system consisting of four full-range ultra-linear speakers and two high-frequency speakers. It runs on the custom iQOO PadOS 3, based on Android 13, which includes a UI adaptive engine and a brand-new vivo office suite.
The iQOO Pad went on pre-sale starting from 8:00 PM Beijing time on May 23rd. It will be available for purchase across all channels starting from 8:00 PM Beijing time on May 31st.
