On May 23rd, Gizcoupon reported that iQOO had launched the iQOO Z7s 5G in India. This marks the second addition to the Z7 series, following the release of the iQOO Z7 5G with the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset in March this year.
It showcases a 6.38-inch AMOLED display, offering a resolution of 1080 x 2400. Moreover, it boasts a 90Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of 1300 nits while featuring an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, it features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. It supports various functionalities such as motion control, a 1200Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate, and a gaming mode. The device has 6GB/8GB of RAM (with an additional 8GB of virtual memory) and 128GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.
For photography enthusiasts, the iQOO Z7s 5G sports a 16MP front camera and a 64MP primary rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, it features a 2MP depth sensor and an LED flash.
Running on FunTouch OS 13 based on Android 13, the iQOO Z7s 5G comes pre-installed with the latest software. Additionally, it packs a 4500mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging. Other notable features include dual SIM card support, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The iQOO Z7s 5G is priced at 18,999 Indian Rupees (approximately $228) for the 6GB + 128GB version and 19,999 Indian Rupees (approximately $240) for the 8GB + 128GB version. It is available in Norway Blue and Pacific Night color options.
