Gizcoupon reported on May 22nd that Huawei had listed a new device called the nova Y91 on its global website, which appears to be the Chinese version of the Enjoy 60X.
This smartphone offers enhancements in various aspects such as battery, display, storage, and software. Although the pricing for this model has not been officially announced, considering the Chinese version of the Enjoy 60X priced at 1,999 yuan (approximately $285), it is expected to be more expensive than $285 due to additional tariffs on products.
The Huawei nova Y91 features a four-sided ultra-narrow bezel design and a starry sky circle design on the back. It measures only 8.9mm thick and weighs 214 grams.
This device comes with a 6.95-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. It supports a 270Hz touch sampling rate and features an always-on display. Additionally, it features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G processor.
Furthermore, the Huawei nova Y91 has a stereo dual-speaker system, supports NFC, and has a dedicated “X” key for quick access. Gizcoupon noted that this device does not run on the HarmonyOS but rather on the EMUI 13 system.
In terms of photography, the device has a dual rear camera setup of 50MP+2MP. It houses a built-in 7,000mAh battery, which can provide up to 29 hours of local video playback on a full charge, and supports 22.5W fast charging.
