Gizcoupon reported on May 6th that Xiaomi Poco recently released an Android 13-based MIUI 14 update for its flagship Poco F4. The company has now announced plans to roll out MIUI 14 to several other global market smartphones in Q2 2023, including 11 models such as Poco F4 GT, Poco F3, Poco X3 GT, and more.
According to Xiaomi Poco, 11 smartphones will receive the MIUI 14 update globally in Q2 2023. The list of models provided by Gizcoupon includes the following:
- POCO F2 Pro
- POCO F3
- POCO F4
- POCO F4 GT
- POCO M3
- POCO M4 5G
- POCO M5
- POCO X3 GT
- POCO X3 NFC
- POCO X3 Pro
- POCO X4 GT
Some of these devices have already received the Android 13-based MIUI 14 update in different regions. For example, Poco F3 received the update in March this year, and F2 Pro shortly after. In addition, the Indian version of Poco F4 has also started running MIUI 14.
It is worth noting that although these phones will receive MIUI 14, it does not necessarily mean that the update will be based on Android 13. Some users have reported receiving MIUI 14 updates based on Android 12, and similar situations have occurred with other phones, such as Redmi Note 12 Pro, which are running an “outdated” system.
