Gizcoupon reported on April 17th that the Tencent ROG 7 series gaming smartphones would be officially launched on the same day at 10:00(Beijing Time). The ROG 7 comes in three versions: 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB. Additionally, they are priced at RMB 4499(≈$654.20), RMB 4999(≈$726.91), and RMB 5799(≈$843.23), respectively. The ROG 7 Pro only has one version available, 16GB+512GB, priced at RMB 7999(≈$1163.14).

In terms of appearance, the ROG 7 series gaming smartphones are similar to their predecessors. The ROG 7 is available in Shadow Black and Phantom White and has a ROG logo and light bar on the back. However, the ROG 7 Pro is only available in Phantom White and has a ROG personalized window on the back.
As for the specific configurations, the ROG 7 series gaming smartphones all use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform. Moreover, they have LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 support and strong performance. The screen is a 6.78-inch 2448×1080 Samsung E4 OLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate and a 720Hz touch sampling rate. In terms of battery life, the phone has a built-in 6000mAh battery.
