FF ieFactory California has officially announced the launch of its highly anticipated ultra-smart luxury electric vehicle, the FF 91 Futurist. The production launch event took place on March 30th in Beijing, China, and featured speeches from FF Global CEO Xuefeng Chen, FF Founder and CPUO Jia Yueting, and FF Global Executive VP of Product, Matthias Aydt. This marks a significant milestone for the company, which has been working towards this moment for nine years.
Jia Yueting highlighted the company’s dedication and perseverance during the launch event. He mentioned that they had finally reached a subversive moment after 9 years of suffocation for their dream. The first batch of mass-produced FF 91 Futurist will be offline in early April. They will be delivered to customers by the end of the month.
What is FF 91 Futurist?
The FF 91 series has three models: standard, Futurist, and Futurist Alliance. The pre-orders for Futurist Alliance have ended. The Futurist version requires a reservation fee of 20,000 yuan. Pre-orders for the standard version are not open yet.
The ultimate launch event for it will be on April 26th, 2023, in the United States. It will mark the official debut of the highly anticipated electric vehicle. The event signifies the completion of the final manufacturing milestone for it, which is the seventh milestone.
According to official sources, it boasts an industry-leading 1050 horsepower, an EPA range of 381 miles, and a 0-60 mph acceleration time of just 2.27 seconds. The vehicle also features a unique intelligent internet system in the rear, offering a revolutionary user experience.
