Though Xiaomi has been quiet in the TWS headphones market for a long time, it’s back again. The company has already managed to release a few models recently. Among them, we can mention its first bone conduction headset, the Xiaomi Necklace headset, and the New Xiaomi sports headphones. Now, it’s the turn of its sub-brand, Redmi. The latter has offered many earphones, including the top-end Redmi Buds 4 Pro. Today, we got renders of a new headset, namely the Redmi Buds 4 Lite. They come our way from 91mobiles and Kuba Wojciechowski. We must admit that the renders look pretty real, and we shouldn’t rule out the possibility that the final product will look like this.
Redmi Buds 4 Lite renders
The source said that the headset has a design similar to Apple’s AirPods 3. Mainly the earplug adopts a non-in-ear design, which implies that the headset may lack support for active noise reduction. At the moment, we have no confirmed information concerning the selling points of the Redmi’s Buds 4 Lite. So it’s better to recall the key features of the current model.
The Redmi Buds 3 Lite adopts a classic in-ear design. In this sense, the Redmi Buds 4 Lite has no shadow of family heritage at all. This design of a long handle/rod + earplugs reminds us of the most well-known Apple AirPods series.
The Redmi’s Buds 3 Lite is lightweight, only 4.3 grams per earbud. There is a 6mm driver unit, and it supports Bluetooth 5.2 as well as ENC noise reduction. It boasts low latency and other features. The earbuds can last up to 5 hours on a single charge and up to 18 hours with the charging case.
Though there is no news about the Redmi Buds 4 Lite specs, we guess the company will improve a few of those at the current model but keep the price low.
