The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will officially go on sale today at 10:00:
- The 12+256GB version is priced at 6499 yuan (about $899).
- The 16+512GB version is available for 6999 yuan (about $970).
- The 16GB+1TB version is priced at 7799 yuan (about $1,080).
The Titanium Special Edition of Xiaomi 14 Ultra (16+1TB, featuring a high-grade titanium metal with a sci-tech nano-leather back) will be available on March 12, priced at 8799 yuan (about $1,225).
For communication, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra features two self-developed Hyper T1 signal enhancement chips, employing Xiaomi’s strongest high-performance antenna system, resulting in a 37% increase in cellular communication performance, a 16% boost in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth performance, global roaming support in 160+ countries, covering 430+ carrier networks.
Crucially, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra supports direct satellite connection, enabling real-time voice and two-way messaging. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features two Hyper T1 chips. A chip, specifically crafted for satellite communication, stands out among the options. It enhances satellite antenna performance by 21%. Additionally, it supports electronic fences, super power-saving modes, and automatic reminders to activate satellite services in remote areas.
In terms of display, the device features a 6.73-inch 3200×1440 resolution OLED quad-curved screen (using Huaxing C8 luminescent material), with a peak brightness of 3000nit, 12-bit color depth, support for 1-120Hz LTPO high refresh rate, class DC dimming, 1920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Glass cover.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a 32MP front camera using the Howei OV32B40 sensor and a Leica Summilux Camera system at the rear. It includes a 50MP LYT-900 main camera (OIS) with a 1-inch f/1.63-f/4.0 variable aperture and ALD ultra-low reflection coating. The ultrawide and telephoto lenses are also from Sony IMX858:

These telephoto lenses support macro shooting, Xiaomi Imaging Brain 3.0 (Xiaomi AISP), and more than 30x zoom with UltraZoom beta AI enhancement, as well as support for shooting 8K videos throughout the entire zoom range.
Other features include a 5300mAh Jinsha River battery in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra (300mAh more than the previous generation), supporting 90W wired fast charging (charging 100% in 34 minutes), 80W wireless fast charging (charging 100% in 49 minutes), and equipped with the Surge P2 intelligent fast charging chip + Hyper G1 battery chip, featuring an extreme mode.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is available in a ceramic version (Crystal Blue) and a plain leather version (Black and White). The ceramic version adopts Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Ceramic (50% lighter than traditional ceramics), weighing 229.5g. The plain leather version features sci-tech nano-leather, is 9.2mm thick, weighs 224.4g, with 6 times improved leather durability, and has passed the SGS five-star durability certification.
