In October of this year, Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro, with the flagship Xiaomi 14 Ultra yet to make its debut.
The tech blogger at Digital Chat Station reveals hints indicating that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra boasts a substantial 5180mAh battery. Moreover, it supports 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Compared to the previous Xiaomi 13 Ultra with a 5000mAh battery, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra’s battery sees a slight improvement, while the specifications for both wired and wireless charging remain consistent. It is anticipated that the battery life will see further enhancement.
Furthermore, it will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform, utilizing a 4nm manufacturing process and produced by TSMC. In comparison to the previous platform, the Snapdragon 8 Gen3 CPU boasts a maximum frequency of 3.3GHz, delivering a 30% improvement in performance and a 20% increase in energy efficiency. The GPU performance sees a 25% boost, along with a 25% increase in energy efficiency. With a 98% enhancement in AI performance, there is a 40% improvement in energy efficiency.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features the Sony 1-inch primary camera LTY900 for imaging, representing an optimized upgrade from the Sony IMX989. Additionally, the Mi 14 Ultra supports a variable aperture, making it Xiaomi’s most powerful flagship in terms of imaging capabilities.
