Intel has officially announced the upcoming Intel Technology Innovation Conference, scheduled for next week. During the event, Intel CEO Pat Kissinger is set to deliver a keynote speech from 23:30 on September 19 to 1:00 on September 20, Beijing time. Many media analysts are predicting that Intel will unveil a new Core Ultra1 generation processor at this time. Moreover, previous reports have indicated that Intel 14th Gen Core Ultra processor will incorporate a new naming convention, introduce a fresh architecture, employ an updated process, and feature a revamped core display. With the introduction of the new naming system, Intel has also undergone significant logo changes for its processors.
Additionally, Intel has redesigned the logos for both its processors and graphics cards. Intel’s Meteor Lake processor is a revolutionary product with a new naming approach. They’ll be called “Intel Core Ultra” and come in three tiers: Ultra 5, Ultra 7, and Ultra 9. As the Core Ultra series is on the horizon, the 14th generation Core is also in the spotlight. Core i9-14900KF outperforms i9-13900K by 6% in multi-threaded and 12% in single-core. Tech News Space reports PC Canada released Intel’s 14th-generation Raptor Lake-S Refresh CPUs. They include 6 models with “K” and “KF” suffixes. Prices are up 2% to 4% from the previous generation, ranging from US$415.99 to US$833.99 (RMB 3026 to 6067 yuan) for 14-core, 20-core, and 24-core models.
Intel will launch 14th Gen K series processors on October 17, including Core i9-14900K, Core i7-14700K, and Core i5-14600K, along with KF series variants. Furthermore, according to credible media reports, all these products have a power consumption rating of 125W. Non-K series products with power consumption of 65W or lower may not make their debut until CES 2024 next year.
