It’s been a few days since we know the new launch date of the iQOO 11 series. As you know, it’s scheduled to come on December 1. Then, it was postponed. The new date is December 8. Interestingly, Malaysia and Indonesia are the first countries in this series of flagship phones will land in. However, we think the Chinese launch event will be held simultaneously.
iQOO 11 specs
The iQOO 11 series will include two models – the vanilla and the Pro. Both will come with the second-generation Snapdragon 8 chip. However, besides this, our protagonist will also come with a top-notch screen. The entire series will come with a 2K resolution screen as standard.
Among them, the standard version adopts a 2K direct screen solution, which is more suitable for heavy gamers, whereas the Pro version has a hyperboloid 2K screen.
Moreover, the screen of the Pro version is further upgraded to Samsung E6 material. Its local peak brightness can reach 1800 nits, the contrast ratio is as high as 8000000:1, and it supports 1440Hz PWM high-frequency dimming. Simply put, it is more eye-friendly than the previous generation E5.
At the same time, it also supports LTPO 2.0 technology, which can dynamically change the speed according to the usage scenario. For example, it will switch to the refresh rate of 60Hz for most content, and the refresh rate of 10Hz will be used for viewing static text or pictures.
There are some differences between the two in terms of charging, but they are both at the top level in the industry. The standard version of iQOO 11 supports 120W wired flash charging, and the Pro version supports 200W wired flash charging.
Lastly, they will come with a self-developed image chip, V2. The latter is the first in the industry to achieve intergenerational upgrades. It debuted self-developed FIT technology, bringing mobile phones into the era of ultra-high-speed dual-core collaboration.
