Today, Xiaomi’s sub-brand opened an appointment for the new Mijia Sweeping and Dragging Robot 1S. It costs 3,999 yuan ($561) and will be officially launched on September 26.
The Mijia Sweeping and Dragging Robot 1S supports automatic water loading and unloading. Thus, you even don’t need to refuel the water tank. You only have to install the special cleaning agent into the cleaning base (sold separately). Once done, the cleaning agent will automatically moisten the mop before each cleaning.

The cleaning base can automatically clean the mop. It supports 2 hours of hot air drying, effectively avoiding moisture and odor. So it will always keep the mop fresh. At the same time, the cleaning base adopts a dual-air duct circulating dust collection design. According to the official introduction, the dust collection can be completed in 10 seconds. The cleaning base has a built-in 2.5L dust bag. So you only need to empty it once a month.

The Mijia Sweeping and Dragging Robot 1S supports voice control via the Xiao Ai voice assistant. After connecting to the Mijia app, you can link it with Xiaomi devices such as door locks and air purifiers to customize exclusive cleaning solutions.
Apart from this, the cleaner can automatically lift the mop by 7mm to prevent moistening carpets. For carpets with a thickness of more than 5mm or long-fiber materials, the user can turn on the “Dodge Carpet” mode.
The vacuum cleaner has a strong suction power of 4000Pa. The fan has a 4-speed suction mode. The also comes with a camera on the top, which works with an artificial intelligence graphics algorithm to intelligently identify the room type. Of course, you can set an exclusive cleaning plan for each room.
