The air-assist switch is smartly controlled during engraving with the M8 button in the LightBurn software. This ensures accurate and neat engraving and cutting, which makes it an excellent choice for crafting lovely presents.
Nozzle & Laser
The S30 series features an innovative metal nozzle that uses high-pressure air assistance to produce a powerful 30L/min airflow through the air pump. This results in significantly improved cutting efficiency, making it more than 5 times faster than machines that lack air assistance.
With ultra-thin laser shaping technology, the S30 laser provides powerful engraving and cutting capabilities. The 5W laser option is cost-effective and meets 90% of hobbyist needs.
Lens & Engraving Area
The S30 series boasts a unique replaceable lens that prolongs the laser’s lifespan, exceeding that of other typical lasers by over 10 times. Users can effortlessly restore cutting power with the ability to easily replace the lens.
The original engraving area of the S30 is approximately 410x400mm. However, it features an expandable XY-axis design, allowing users to purchase expansion kits to achieve larger engraving areas. This makes it possible to handle large-scale projects with ease.
Motherboard
The S30 series comes equipped with a 32-bit motherboard that enables automatic air-assist control. It also offers Bluetooth and SD card offline printing capabilities (Upgrade Kit sold separately).
Frame & Safety
The S30’s frame is constructed from a durable aluminum alloy that can withstand up to 50 kg of weight without any damage. This ensures that the frame maintains its high precision throughout its long lifespan.
The S30 has a steel pad to protect the table from laser damage. It also features an eye-catching power switch for quick emergency power shutdown.
Ruler
The S30 series features a right-angle measuring ruler with precise scale lines on the X and Y axes, enabling quick and accurate measurements of engraved objects. With its solid and high-precision linear slide rail X-axis, the S30 achieves industrial-grade engraving accuracy without any wavering patterns.
