Samsung Unveils Neo QLED TV 65-98 Inches: NQ8 AI Gen 3 Processor

At the ongoing 2024 Samsung home appliance launch event, Samsung unveiled the 2024 edition of its flagship Neo QLED 4K/8K TV series featuring the “NQ8 AI Gen 3 processor” with “AI image enhancement” and “AI motion enhancement” functions.

Additionally, the Samsung Neo QLED TV series comes with 20 AI neural network elements, supporting 120Hz dynamic acceleration, quantum dot matrix technology, and boasting a large screen image enhancer, certified by PANTONE for color accuracy, and preloaded with the new Tizen smart system, integrating the newly upgraded Tencent Video platform.

This series of TVs are now available on e-commerce platforms, offering 65/75/85/98-inch models priced between ¥9,499 to ¥110,999 (about $1321-$15442).

Furthermore, Samsung’s latest Neo QLED Quantum Dot Mini LED TV series started pre-sales on March 16th. The TV comes in three sizes: 65 inches, 75 inches, and 85 inches, priced at ¥9,499 (about $1321), ¥12,499 (about $1738), and ¥15,999 (about $2225) respectively.

According to official information, this TV utilizes a Quantum Dot Mini LED display panel with a peak brightness of 1500 nits. The NQ4 AI Gen2 processor equips it, enabling support for 4K 120Hz dynamic acceleration and 14-bit HDR contrast.

Additionally, it has received PANTONE color certification. Moreover, it comes with advanced features such as Quantum Dot Matrix technology, Dolby Atmos, Sound and Picture Tracking OTS+, Intelligent Sound Control AVA, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), and MEMC motion compensation. The TV boasts an ultra-thin design, supports 4K 120Hz high refresh rates, and comes equipped with HDMI 2.1 ports.
