A recent national 3C certification approved a new Xiaomi phone, identified by model number “24053PY09C,” boasting support for up to 67W fast charging. After this certification, analysts identified it as the same model earlier launched by Tenna, indicating it’s likely the standard version of Xiaomi Civi 4.
Compared to the 3.3GHz CPU frequency of the Snapdragon 8 Gen3, the Snapdragon 8S Gen3 features a slightly lower CPU frequency, offering better battery life and heat management. Furthermore, Xiaomi Civi 4 will integrate Leica imaging and satellite communication functions from flagship devices, marking a comprehensive upgrade and positioning it as the most powerful model in the series’ history, likely improving its market performance.
Reflecting on its predecessor, the Xiaomi Civi 3, released in May last year, it featured the Dimensity 8200-Ultra processor, a 6.55-inch 2400×1080 OLED hyperbolic screen, and a slim design at 71.7mm width, 7.56mm thickness, and 173.5g weight. Despite using a plastic middle frame, its stellar performance and design garnered consumer favor. Xiaomi Civi 3, starting at 2,499 yuan, achieved strong sales, fueling anticipation for Xiaomi Civi 4’s arrival.
