Samsung quietly launched its latest smartphone, the Galaxy M15 5G, entering markets including Iraq and the Levant region. Although the official price and release date have not been disclosed, Samsung has listed detailed specifications for the device on its official website.
In terms of appearance, the Samsung Galaxy M15 5G maintains a similar style to its predecessors, featuring a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display reaches a brightness of 800 nits, ensuring clear visibility even outdoors. The design includes a rear triple-camera setup and slightly rounded borders for a comfortable grip. Color options include light blue, dark blue, and gray.
Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed performance details, but it mentions an eight-core processor with a 2.2GHz clock speed. Based on previous leaks, it is likely the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable up to 1TB with a MicroSD card.
The camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro lens, while the front camera is 13MP. It comes preloaded with the Android 14 operating system, and Samsung promises four generations of Android updates and five years of security patch updates.
With a battery capacity of 6000mAh and support for 25W fast charging, the Galaxy M15 5G also retains the 3.5mm headphone jack and features a side fingerprint recognition unlocking system.
