Recently, at the MWC 2024 World Mobile Communications Congress, Tecno unveiled the CAMON 30 Premier 5G. This phone features the Tecno PolarAce imaging system, debuting the Sony CXD5622GG independent imaging chip.
Introducing Tecno’s self-developed ISP chip and the PolarAce imaging system, the Camon 30 Premier 5G enhances the phone’s imaging capabilities. Moreover, it will be the first device to incorporate this system. Additionally, the new device will carry the Sony imaging chip CXD5622GG, marking the industry’s first use of this chip, along with Sony’s Lytia components, Tecno’s universal multi-skin tone technology, and Tecno AI imaging technology. Through these technologies, the new phone gains the ability to reproduce true colors and display all details even in extreme scenarios.
The new phone will be powered by the MediaTek 8200 chip. Other specifications include a 1.5K LTPO screen to enhance display effects while reducing power consumption, offering a peak brightness of 1400 nits. The TECNO CAMON 30 Premier 5G’s appearance remains distinctive. On the left, there’s a circular image module with four openings housing the main camera, featuring an IMX890 sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle, and periscope telephoto lenses.
Furthermore, Tecno Camon 30 Premier 5G received TUV certification last month, and additional information surfaced on platforms like EEC, Bluetooth SIG, and GeekBench, confirming the imminent release of the phone. Concerning battery life, it boasts a 5000mAh battery and 70W fast charging, comparable to mid-range models available in the Chinese market.
