The Gsmarena website recently reported that European retailers are now stocking a new smartwatch model called Xiaomi Watch 2. It is anticipated to be cheaper than the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro.
The watch boasts a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. Unlike the Pro’s stainless steel case, the Xiaomi Watch 2 has a 46mm aluminum case. It is available in black and silver, paired with a matching TPU strap.
It has a heart rate and blood oxygen monitor, built-in GPS, and 5 ATM water resistance. Powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chipset, it offers a battery life of 65 hours. Additionally, it features Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, and NFC, excluding an LTE option, distinguishing it from the Pro. And blood oxygen sensor, built-in GPS, also has 65 hours of battery life, 5ATM level waterproof, etc. Both watches are pre-loaded with Google’s Wear OS system.
Xiaomi officials have not officially disclosed the product’s price. However, stores in Belgium have priced it at 200 euros, while a Slovakian store has listed it at 250 euros. These may not be the final prices.
