Huawei is set to revolutionize the mobile photography game with its latest HUAWEI P70 series. This upcoming smartphones boast significant enhancements in their photography modules. Reports from international media highlight a key feature: the new series will incorporate a 1G6P structure in its ultra-wide-angle lens, and the main camera will feature a powerful 1-inch sensor.
Adding to this, Ming-Chi Kuo, a renowned analyst from Tianfeng Securities, has confirmed in a research note that GSEO is supplying the ultra-wide-angle lenses for the P70 series. He also predicts a substantial increase in shipments for this series, expecting a 100-120% growth year-on-year.
Moreover, the HUAWEI P70 series isn’t just advancing in ultra-wide-angle technology. Earlier reports suggest that the P70’s telephoto module will likely include a “100mm focal length 4x new periscope” solution. This development signifies Huawei’s strong comeback in imaging technology, promising consumers an enhanced photography experience.
The predecessor, the HUAWEI P60 series, had already gained notable recognition for its unique, vertically arranged rear triple-camera setup. The P70 series not only retains this eye-catching design but also elevates the overall photography performance.
