This afternoon, Xiaomi Automobile hosted its technology conference, where they exposed some information about Xiaomi SU7.
Lei Jun highlighted that the Xiaomi SU7 prioritizes performance. It boasts a robust dual-motor system, delivering an impressive 673Ps in horsepower, a peak power of 495kW, and a staggering peak torque of 838N·m. This power output rivals that of a V8 twin-turbocharged engine.
Moreover, the Xiaomi SU7 demonstrates remarkable acceleration capabilities. It can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.78 seconds, topping out at a speed of 265km/h. This performance eclipses the Porsche Taycan Turbo, which takes 2.93 seconds for the same acceleration and reaches a top speed of 260km/h. Clearly, in terms of performance, the SU7 sedan outshines its competitor.
Additionally, SU7 sedan features an innovative “Boost mode”. With just one click, this mode allows the car to exert additional torque for 20 seconds, significantly enhancing its performance. Not only is the Xiaomi SU7 fast, but it also excels in braking. It is equipped with Brembo four-piston fixed calipers and a Bosch DPB brake controller, ensuring a stopping distance of just 33.3 meters from 100 km/h.
Furthermore, this sedan offers an exceptional custom driving mode, giving drivers complete control. They can adjust the steering, power, and suspension height to their liking.
