The company plans to release the Vision Pro either at the end of January or in the early days of February. Renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo confirms that the product is currently in mass production, with large-scale shipments set to begin in the first week of January 2024. Therefore, the most likely release window for the Vision Pro falls towards the end of January or the start of February. Analysts project that the annual shipment volume will reach approximately 500,000 units.

Furthermore, Ming-Chi Kuo articulated that an enthusiastic response from users could fortify the market consensus, positioning the “Vision Pro” as the forthcoming consumer electronics star product and influencing related supply chain stock prices. In a strategic move earlier this year, Apple unveiled the Vision Pro headset in June, officially disclosing its launch in the US market in early 2024, with subsequent introductions in other countries and regions. To ensure consumer acceptance, Apple has recently convened retail store employees to undergo training on “Vision Pro” related service content. Additionally, various Apple retail stores have sequentially established trial venues for Vision Pro.

Regarding its technical specifications, Vision Pro incorporates Micro OLED technology, delivering an impressive 23 million pixels on both left and right displays. The single-eye effect surpasses even that of a 4K display, boasting a wide color gamut and HDR high dynamic range. The company has incorporated the M2+R1 dual-chip design into Vision Pro, substantially reducing screen and operation delays. This enhancement actively maintains the minimum delay at 12ms, significantly reducing the user’s perception of lag. Moreover, reports indicate that the Vision Pro is priced substantially at $3,499.
