Today, the Xiaomi Smart Ecosystem unveiled plans to introduce a new addition to the Xiaomi Smart Door Lock E series tomorrow (December 19). The theme for the unveiling is “evolution of the timeless,” highlighting the latest enhancement. At present, Xiaomi has not yet revealed the new Xiaomi smart door lock E series specifications.
Last month, Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi Smart Door Lock E20 WiFi variant, pricing it at 1,099 yuan in a recent release. This particular model features a direct plug-in C-level lock cylinder, an integrated structural design, a handle crafted from a high-strength alloy middle frame with a semi-matte texture, and a front panel made of IML material, exhibiting both a luxurious feel and durability.
The Xiaomi Smart Door Lock E20 WiFi version features a smart doorbell, providing real-time notifications when guests arrive. The Mijia App allows users to receive alerts and utilize Xiaoai speakers to prevent missing important visitors. Additionally, this product incorporates a fully detecting electronic lock body that triggers alarms in case of abnormal conditions. With four built-in intelligent sensors capable of detecting eight states, it monitors real-time abnormal states such as a partially open door, prolonged unclosed doors, and doors left unlocked for an extended period. These states can be monitored locally or remotely.
The Xiaomi smart door locks E20 WiFi version supports WiFi connectivity, enabling users to remotely access logs and receive alarm reminders through the Mijia App. It also supports various linkage conditions and personalized smart scenes for household settings, offering 25 trigger conditions for scenes.
