On November 29th, Xiaomi will host the Redmi 10th-anniversary event and unveil the new K70 series smartphones, officially debuting the innovative Redmi K70 series. Recently, Xiaomi has been actively promoting the Redmi K70 Pro. According to official sources, the device features the “Second Generation High-End 2K Screen,” developed in collaboration with TCL Huaxing. Hailing as a “groundbreaking eye protection solution,” this screen blends medical and engineering advancements, setting a new interdisciplinary standard for eye care.
Notably, the Redmi K70 Pro will offer a unique “Qingxue” pure white color variant. Drawing inspiration from the “process of crystal condensation into glaciers,” the device features a glass body construction.
From the available images, the new device predominantly showcases a white color palette, exhibiting irregular textures on the body. While the right-angled frame adopts a high-gloss aluminum alloy material. Additionally, the camera deco of the device has undergone special treatment, with a 50MP optical image-stabilized main camera and telephoto lens supporting 2X optical zoom.
Reports indicate that the Redmi K70 series is set to reveal three models. The K70E will be powered by the Dimensity 8300-Ultra, the K70 will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and the K70 Pro will incorporate the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. As mentioned by the blogger, the K70 Pro is changing and will no longer provide an 8GB RAM option. Instead, the base configuration will start at 12 GB.
