Recently, Redmi made the announcement that it would launch its first metal watch, the Redmi Watch 4, on November 29. The annual flagship K70 series launch will comprehensively upgrade its screen, design, and materials.
According to Redmi officials, consumers will have the option to choose from four materials for the Watch4: metal, leather, rubber, and nylon. The warm-up poster suggests that the Redmi Watch 4 will feature a Milanese stainless steel woven strap, showcasing a high-end texture. In terms of screen design, it will retain the large square screen of the previous generation, with expected improvements in size and resolution.
Redmi has not yet announced the specific parameters of the new watch, but expectations suggest that it will feature the Xiaomi HyperOS system, adding suspense to the product. As a reference, the Redmi Watch 3 previously supported 121 sports modes and 6 self-identifying sports modes, including running, walking, and cycling. Additionally, it featured functions such as 24-hour heart rate monitoring and blood oxygen saturation detection.
On November 29, Redmi will unveil the Redmi Watch 4 alongside the K70 series, enhancing the overall Redmi product line. As an iterative product, it is expected to maintain not only the existing functions but also to introduce new features, heightening consumer expectations.
