Xiaomi and MediaTek jointly created the processor for the Redmi K70E phone. It introduces the world’s first MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra, a new generation AI flagship platform. Lu Weibing, the president of Xiaomi Group and general manager of the Redmi brand, unveiled this achievement on November 21 at the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 product launch conference.
The global Dimensity platform HyperOS eagerly anticipates the debut of the highly awaited Redmi K70E. The R&D team customized a Fury Engine 3.0, scoring over 1.52 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark. Reports suggest the Redmi K70 series phones will be released this month.
Furthermore, Xiaomi has revealed the performance scores of the Dimensity 8300 processor, obtained from a Redmi K70 series device that features 16GB of RAM. In the single-core benchmark test, the score reached 1512, while in the multi-core benchmark test, it reached 4886. This performance has generated high expectations among mobile phone enthusiasts for the upcoming Redmi K70E series.
As per Xiaomi news, the Redmi K70E is now available on JD.com, with reservations open. The page indicates that reservations will conclude on November 29, potentially signaling the release date of the mobile phone. Buyers can avail of benefits such as a 180-day exchange-only policy and a complimentary Mijia smart body fat scale.
To further promote the new product, Xiaomi officials conducted a test on the Redmi K70E under conditions of original image quality, resolution, and room temperature of 25°C. After running an open-world game for an hour, the phone achieved an average frame rate of 58.86 FPS, reaffirming its excellent performance.
The Redmi K70E is promoted as having “fully implemented AIGC.” It deeply integrates into the AI field, supporting AI input and quick text creation. Additionally, it enables AI portrait creation for new photos and AI image enlargement to automatically generate AI text images on the surrounding screen. The device also features AI album search, enhancing the freedom of image search. Additionally, it supports AI real-time subtitles to record meeting content and intelligently refine the summary.
