Xiaomi 14/Pro Selling Over 1.4 Million Units in 10 Days

The Xiaomi 14/Pro series phones hit the shelves on October 31. After revealing the latest sales figures, we can see the results of the Singles’ Day sales event.

According to data compiled by an authoritative market research agency from the supply chain, as reported by The Wall Street Journal, the Xiaomi 14 series achieved a remarkable total sales volume of 1.4474 million units across all channels from the initial sale on October 31 to November 10, setting a new record for high-end flagship sales at Xiaomi.

Furthermore, the Xiaomi 14 series played a pivotal role in boosting Xiaomi’s market share in the Chinese smartphone market during Week 44 (October 30 to November 5). The market share increase was the highest compared to competitors, rising by an 8.9 percentage point. Simultaneously, Xiaomi secured the top spot in Android sales market share.

In the Android sales market share rankings, Huawei and Honor claimed the second and third positions, respectively. Huawei’s market share was 13%, experiencing a sequential decline of 2.8 percentage points. Meanwhile, Honor’s market share was 12.8%, also showing a sequential decline of 2.8 percentage points.

As previously reported on November 7, Lei Jun mentioned that the Xiaomi 14 series had surpassed a million units in sales. However, he acknowledged the serious shortage issue, stating, “We are working hard to expedite orders.”

The Xiaomi 14/Pro series phones start at 3999 yuan (about $549) and provide choices for both the standard version and the Pro version. Additionally, Xiaomi released the Xiaomi 14 Pro Titanium Special Edition phone, priced at 6499 yuan (about $891), featuring 16GB + 1TB storage, with all other specifications remaining consistent with the original version.
