Huawei P70 series, the mobile phone with the most Chinese elements, was revealed. Huawei’s current plan for this phone involves utilizing a customized high-frequency eye protection screen. Additionally, it incorporates Haowei’s outsole large aperture CMOS technology.
Breaking the news earlier, a blogger revealed that Huawei is in the process of developing a sensor named Haowei OV50H. This sensor boasts a 50-megapixel high-pixel configuration and employs a 1/1.3-inch specification. The OmniVision OV50H also integrates dual conversion gain (DCG) technology, supporting various HDR modes and high frame rate shooting. Additionally, it features 1.2㎛ large pixels, catering specifically to high-end smartphone rear cameras.
Recent reports suggest that Huawei has initiated the preparation of components for the Huawei P70 series, collaborating with at least three suppliers to address the challenges posed by escalating prices for optical fingerprint recognition modules. Furthermore, there are speculations that the Huawei P70 series will continue the chip and communication configuration seen in the Huawei Mate60 series, with a focus on further enhancing the imaging capabilities.
Rumors are circulating that the P70 series will adopt a straight-screen design this time, which is particularly welcome news for those who prefer straight screens. Building on the Huawei Mate60 series, the Huawei P70 series is set to achieve another improvement in its localization rate. The question remains: will Huawei maintain its “far leading” position?
