The first batch of official images of the Huawei Luxeed S7 has been released, and it has been officially announced. Based on the current information available, this model will commence pre-sales on November 9 and will hit the market on November 17. Speaking of the upcoming Luxeed S7, Yu Chengdong stated, “The Luxeed S7 is about to make a high-energy debut. We expect it to exceed your expectations in terms of intelligence, safety, comfort, and performance.
Huawei’s Luxeed S7 is a midsize electric sports sedan with HarmonyOS 4. Additionally, it features its advanced ADS 2.0 intelligent driving system. Yu Chengdong, Huawei’s CEO for the Consumer Business Group, expects the Luxeed S7 to outperform the Tesla Model S.
The Luxeed S7 has resemblances to the earlier Star Journey Star Era ES. It maintains a sleek and poised appearance. Moreover, when viewed from a 45-degree angle, the front-end design appears clean and straightforward. In the center of the front face, you’ll find a continuous light strip, which is accompanied by broad and expressive headlights. Additionally, there are two C-shaped air intakes extending from the car’s front sides, complemented by a slightly raised front splitter.
As you move to the side of the vehicle, you’ll notice that the front and rear wheel arches give it a three-dimensional appearance. Along with the presence of large five-spoke black alloy wheels, creating an overall sporty atmosphere. Additionally, the streamlined design on the car’s side hints at excellent aerodynamic performance. The dimensions of the Luxeed S7 are 4971/1963/1474mm, with a wheelbase of 2950mm, positioning it as a pure electric midsize sports sedan.
The new car boasts a rooftop-mounted laser radar as part of its intelligent features. It will come equipped with Huawei’s advanced ADS 2.0 intelligent driving system. According to Yu Chengdong’s statement on Weibo, the new car will be the first to feature the HarmonyOS 4 system. This system introduces a multi-screen sharing function, allowing for synchronized multi-screen viewing within the cabin.
