Huawei is planning to release the all-new MatePad tablet and MateBook D16 2024 laptop on November 28th. Additionally, we clarified that the MatePad to be launched here is not the MatePad Paper 2, but it has a similar pricing. Currently, we do not yet know the detailed specifications for these new products, and our site will continue to monitor them. During Huawei’s autumn all-scenario product launch event held in September this year, Huawei unveiled the world’s thinnest and lightest full-screen tablet, the Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 inches, featuring a borderless design and accompanied by the Starlight stylus.
In July of this year, Huawei introduced the all-new Huawei MatePad 2023 soft light edition and claimed it as the first tablet tailored for teenagers and parents. It features an eye-protective soft light screen for learning and growth, and it starts at 1699 yuan (about $233). In May of this year, Huawei also launched the MatePad Air tablet, featuring a first-of-its-kind 3:2 screen aspect ratio in the industry and being Huawei’s first tablet to support a 144Hz high refresh rate, along with being the world’s first tablet to receive HDR Vivid certification.
Huawei released the MateBook D14/D16 laptops, equipped with the 13th generation Intel Core processors, starting at 5099 yuan (about $696) and 5699 yuan (about $778) respectively. In March of this year, during the spring flagship launch event, Huawei introduced the MatePad 11 2023 tablet, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 platform, with the 6GB+128GB version priced at 2299 yuan (about $315).
