Today, Newzonly, an international media outlet, exposed the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone, the Redmi 13C. It disclosed that the device will hit the market in November and will be priced at less than $100.
The Redmi 13C will feature a waterdrop-shaped notch display situated at the center of the screen, as revealed in the leaked images. On the display front, the phone will sport a 6.74-inch HD+ screen with a maximum brightness of 500 nits, a screen refresh rate of 90Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 120Hz.
Switching to its camera capabilities, the phone’s back will feature a 50-megapixel AI triple-camera setup. It will contain a 5000mAh battery that can support fast charging of up to 18W. As for performance, the MediaTek Helio G96 processor will power it, and it will provide three storage options: 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB, and 8GB+256GB. According to previous leaks, the Redmi 13C will come in three color options: black, blue, and green.
In addition, Redmi also launched the Redmi K70 series. Redmi K70 series now has 120W fast charging in two new models, with updated certifications. They include the Redmi K70, K70 Pro, and K70E. We expect the K70 Pro to arrive in November 2023, most likely featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen3. K70 uses Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and K70E might use Snapdragon 8+/Dimensity 9000. All models have a 2K flat screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and wireless charging.
