LG launched a new 34-inch hairtail screen monitor, the 34WR55QC, featuring a brand-new, full-featured USB-C interface and is expected to hit the market soon. Reports indicate that the new monitor employs a 34-inch VA panel with a resolution of 3440×1440, a contrast ratio of 3000:1, a refresh rate of 100Hz, and a rapid response time of 5ms.
Regarding its display capabilities, the LG 34WR55QC Monitor has 16.77 million display colors, a wide 178° viewing angle horizontally and vertically, and covers 99% of the sRGB color gamut. Additionally, it offers a brightness level of 300 nits and supports high dynamic range with HDR10.
Regarding connectivity, it comes equipped with HDMIx2, DisplayPortx1, USB Type-C (PD65W) x1, headphone output x1, and USB-Ax2 interfaces. Just a month ago, LG had priced the 45-inch fish screen monitor, the LG 45GR95QE, at 12,999 yuan, but they have now reduced the price to 9,099 yuan. With 8899-200 coupons and a 100 yuan discount, you can grab it for just 8,799 yuan. This monitor features a 45-inch OLED curved panel with an 800R curvature, a 240Hz refresh rate, lightning-fast 0.03ms response time, and an impressive 98.5% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage with HDR10 support.
It also offers HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 interfaces, VRR, and multitasking features like PBP and PIP. While its resolution is 3440×1440, considering the price, it might be unreasonable to expect higher resolutions like 3840×1600 or 5120×2160.
