Huawei Nova 11 SE Revealed: 100MP Main Camera, Kirin 9000s

Not long ago, the return of Huawei’s Mate 60 series with Chinese-developed Kirin chips sparked excitement among consumers. However, some individuals were forced to forgo it due to its high-end price point. Consequently, anticipation grew for the launch of the new Nova series phones, which are positioned at a more affordable range. Recently, the Tenna network saw the entry of a new Huawei Nova 11 SE model, BON-AL00.

From the online ID photos, it’s clear that the new Nova phone looks like the Nova 10 SE with its dual-ring rear camera design. It has three rear cameras and a flat front screen. People think it might be the Nova 11 SE, meant for the mid-range market and priced at around a thousand yuan. But it’s crucial to mention that the network info doesn’t show 5G, so it might still be a 4G phone.

When considering the processor it will come equipped with, the question arises: will it feature a Kirin chip? Given the product positioning and feedback from the Kirin chip market, it seems highly unlikely that Nova 11 SE will opt for Kirin chips. The production capacity of Kirin 9000s has struggled to keep up with demand, particularly for flagship models. As a result, it’s improbable that there will be sufficient resources to manufacture mid-range models with Kirin chips. Therefore, Nova 11 SE will most likely rely on a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip. In addition, it has been revealed that the Huawei Nova 11 SE is scheduled for release in October.
