Xiaomi is holding a press conference tonight at 8 o’clock in Berlin, Germany, which will mark the launch of the Xiaomi 13T series of mobile phones in Beijing time.
Xiaomi 13T Series Features
This latest release comprises two mobile phones: the 13T and 13T Pro. Specifically, the Xiaomi 13T Pro represents an enhanced version of the Redmi K60 Extreme Edition, boasting numerous improvements and upgrades. Notably, both phones come with IP68 waterproof and dustproof certification, a first for the T series.
Both phones feature Leica lenses and sport a camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel IMX707 main camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel 2x optical zoom lens. The IMX707 sensor made its debut on the Xiaomi 12S series mobile phones and boasts a large 1/1.28-inch photosensitive element, second only to Sony’s IMX800.
In terms of display, both phones utilize a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 2,600 nits, Full HD+ resolution, and a rapid 144Hz refresh rate.
The Xiaomi 13T features a 4nm Dimensity 8200-ultra processor, while the 13T Pro utilizes the more robust 9200+ chip for enhanced performance. It offers LPDDR5 memory options of 8 GB or 12 GB, along with 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage space. Meanwhile, the 13T Pro offers memory options of 12GB or 16GB, boasting faster LPDDR5X memory specifications and UFS4.0 storage, with choices of 256 GB, 512 GB, or 1 TB.
Both phones are equipped with 5,000 mAh batteries. The Xiaomi 13T supports 67W fast charging, whereas the Pro version supports an impressive 120W fast charging, enabling it to charge from 0 to 100% in just 19 minutes.
In terms of pricing, the Xiaomi 13T with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage starts at 650 euros, while the 13T Pro with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage starts at 800 euros.
