Today, at the Huawei autumn full-scenario new product launch conference, the company quietly unveiled the Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate Extraordinary Master Edition with pricing starting at 11,999 yuan (about $1,640). The first to obtain this new mobile phone presents the first unboxing pictures.

In this edition, we have the 16GB + 512GB “Black” version. The mobile phone is packaged in a box with a simple line design, adorned with the words “ULTIMATE DESIGN.” Upon opening the box, you’ll discover not only the phone itself but also two USB-C to USB-C data cables, an 88W car charger, an 88W charging head, a USB-C wired headset, and a protective case.

As you examine the phone more closely, you’ll observe that the Huawei Mate 60 RS continues the two-stage design seen in the Mate 60 series models. The back shell boasts numerous straight lines and houses an octagonal rear three-camera module, officially referred to as the “Star Diamond Design.” The bottom of the phone also features material dividing lines consistent with the packaging box, giving it a rugged and stylish appearance. Moving to the front, the phone sports a basalt-tempered Kunlun glass display with a three-hole design similar to that of the Mate 60 Pro+. Its overall hardware configuration closely resembles the latter.

The camera section of the Huawei Mate 60 RS Ultimate undergoes an arc transition and includes three main cameras: a 48-megapixel super spotlight camera, a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 48-megapixel super macro telephoto camera. You can observe the protrusion in the picture below.

Huawei’s official description states that the back cover uses ceramic and displays a striped texture when exposed to light, thus imparting a brighter and more understated appearance when paired with a mobile phone case. Huawei’s official selling price for the phone case alone is 999 yuan (about $136).
