Digital Chat Station, a blogger, reported that the standard version of the Redmi K70 series has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 mobile platform, while the Pro version features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen3 mobile platform. Moreover, the entire Redmi K70 series comes with a standard metal middle frame and a glass back cover, significantly enhancing its texture compared to the previous generation.
Additionally, the front still sports a 2K straight screen, with the removal of the screen plastic bracket further narrowing the frame and increasing the screen-to-body ratio for a more comfortable visual experience. Notably, the Redmi K70 series has made substantial improvements in image quality by introducing a telephoto lens, making it Redmi’s most powerful “flagship camera” to date.
It’s worth highlighting that the Redmi K70 series may offer IP68 dustproof and waterproof support. Given Redmi’s commitment to delivering exceptional value, it’s likely that the K70 series will be the most cost-effective Snapdragon 8 Gen3 flagship. We anticipate the launch in November, with the possibility of the Xiaomi Mi 14 making its debut at the end of October. Stay tuned with us for more updates.
