Vivo recently introduced the vivo Y17s, an entry-level phone, in Singapore. This phone features a 6.56-inch IPS (CD water-moisturized screen) with a resolution of 720×1612 pixels, a 60Hz NTSC refresh rate, an 83% color gamut, a brightness of 840 nits, 269 ppl Jin Baodu, and an 800-megapixel selfie camera, along with a 50-megapixel main camera on the rear and a 2-megapixel portrait camera.
The vivo Y17s comes equipped with a MediaTek Helio GBS chip, 6GB LPDDR4x memory, and 128GB eMMC5.1 storage space, complemented by a microSD card slot. This device runs on the Android 13 FunTouch OS.
In terms of battery life, the Y17s boasts a built-in 5000mAh battery supporting 15W charging, providing up to 19.67 hours of online video streaming. Additionally, the device offers dual-SIM standby, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and IP54-level waterproof and dustproof features.
Vivo is pricing the Y17s at SGD 199 in Singapore(about $145), offering it in two colors, Shine and Forest, and planning to launch it in other Asian markets in the coming days.
