TCL recently announced the upcoming launch of their new mobile device, the TCL 40 NXTPAPER. This phone takes the lead as the world’s pioneer in featuring the NXTPAPER paper screen technology.
By employing layered components on the LCD surface, the NXTPAPER paper screen, a proprietary advancement by TCL, utilizes natural light to directly illuminate the screen. This design eliminates the LED backlight layer, resulting not only in a simulation of a more traditional paper reading experience but also in reduced strain on the eyes.
In February of the current year, the TCL NXTPAPER 11 tablet introduced the latest iteration of NXTPAPER 2.0 display innovation. The tablet elevated the maximum brightness level to 500 nits and incorporated automatic color temperature adjustment, along with a light sensor to enhance visual outcomes.
In terms of display quality and refresh rate, the paper-like screen demonstrates superior attributes compared to E-lnk’s ink screen. Moving on to details about the TCL 40 NXTPAPER, it encompasses a Helio G88 processor, 8GB RAM combined with 256GB storage capacity, an embedded 5010mAh battery, and a rapid 33W charging capability.
In the realm of photography, the front camera boasts 32 Megapixels, while the rear camera system includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 5 Megapixel ultra wide-angle lens, and a 2 Megapixel macro lens. The disclosed price for the TCL 40 NXTPAPER is set at 199 euros in the European market.
