OnePlus has introduced the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, the latest addition to the Ace series. The unveiling focused firmly on product prowess, prioritizing strength over pricing strategies. Li Jie, President of OnePlus China, argued against emphasizing price, as it might compromise the product’s integrity.
In the first half of this year, OnePlus achieved remarkable growth in China’s mobile phone market. This growth was driven by products like OnePlus 11, Ace2, and Ace2V. Sales surged by 335% compared to the previous year, with OnePlus Ace2 leading the Android category in online sales, exceeding 2,500 yuan.
Li Jie emphasized that OnePlus is dedicated to prioritizing product strength. Transitioning the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro, it has flagship hardware, such as the second-generation Snapdragon 8 mobile platform, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.0 storage. Configurations of up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. Remarkably, it holds the distinction of being the first mass-produced phone with 24GB RAM.
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro employs the revolutionary “Tiangong Heat Dissipation System.” This system incorporates a spacious VC, advanced aerospace materials, and a sophisticated 3D structure. As a result of this innovation, the Ace 2 Pro has been awarded the esteemed Rheinland certification for its effectiveness in heat dissipation.
Furthermore, Ace 2 Pro incorporates exclusive game-tuning technologies like HyperBoost 2.0 for game frame stability. A super-frame super-picture engine and Lingxi touch technology Supporting 120 frames and 1.5K high-definition graphics. The industry-first Super HDR 2.0 enhances mobile game HDR effects. The system employs three touch algorithms to improve wet-hand accuracy, obtaining TÜV SÜD Accurate Touch S-level certification.
OnePlus Ace 2 Pro features the “Bionic Vibration Motor,” which debuted in OnePlus11. With over 500 system vibration scenes refined, the device offers nuanced vibration types for immersive experiences during activities like gaming and typing. Moreover, Ace 2 Pro excels in optimizing network experiences. A long-life 150W super flash charging system charges the 5000mAh battery from 1% to 100% in just 17 minutes. The package includes a dual-C port charging set, supporting UFCS fast charging for phones and computers.
The phone integrates a new 1.5K Lingxi touchscreen. Additionally, it features the world’s first Q9+ luminescent material. Through joint optimization with BOE, the phone achieves accurate colors. OnePlus Ace 2 Pro also utilizes the same Sony IMX890 flagship primary camera as OnePlus 11, enhanced with optical image stabilization.

A “three-stage button” on the side allows easy switching between ringing, silent, and vibration modes. Inspired by sports car paint, Ace 2 Pro offers “Aurora Green” and “Titanium Gray” colors using the new diffuse reflection technology.
Additionally, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus Ace 2 Pro Genshin Impact Paimon themed gift box. On August 23, OnePlus will launch the Ace2 Pro, offering a range of prices from 2999 yuan (about $414) for the 12GB+256GB version to 3999 yuan (about $552) for the 24GB+1TB version. The Genshin Impact Paimon themed gift box will cost 3599 yuan (about $496).
