The Finalmouse UltralightX Gaming Mouse Released: Only 29 Grams, Starting at $189

On June 26th, Gizcoupon reported that the renowned American gaming peripherals manufacturer, Finalmouse, released its UltralightX gaming mouse, weighing a mere 29 grams. This feather-light device is set to hit the market on August 1st, Beijing time, with prices starting at $189.

Finalmouse introduces the UltralightX gaming mouse, featuring a cutting-edge carbon fiber composite material and a honeycomb chassis design. It comes in three sizes: small, medium, and large. Notably, the smallest variant weighs only 29 grams, “lighter than a sugar cube in a can of cola.”

The company further asserts that the new carbon fiber composite material boasts over three times the strength of traditional ABS materials. Additionally, they remark, “Advancements in mechanical engineering and materials have made it possible to achieve a remarkable balance of weight reduction and strength that was once unimaginable.”

The UltralightX employs an optical sensor and USB wireless connectivity. With a USB polling rate of up to 8000Hz, it supports detailed parameter customization through the dedicated application, “XPANEL.” Plus, the mouse boasts industry-leading battery life. With intermittent use, gamers can expect to reach an average of two months without needing to charge their ULX. It also features Feathertouch click technology. With an all-new mechanical design and tensioning system, the ULX provides clicks so light that there is nearly no resistance between the user and the pure force of the switch.
