On June 14th, Gizcoupon reported that OPPO had launched a new model, the Reno 9A, in Japan. The latest device is listed on the official website of the OPPO in Japan.
This new smartphone features a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a single hole-punch design located at the upper left corner, housing a 16-megapixel front camera. It also supports a smooth 90Hz refresh rate and incorporates an in-display fingerprint recognition feature.
In terms of hardware, the Reno 9A is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. Moreover, it offers 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, with the option to expand the storage using a MicroSD card. The device is equipped with a 4500mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. On the software side, it runs on ColorOS 13, based on the latest Android 13.

In terms of connectivity, this phone supports 5G networks and comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack as well as a USB-C port. The rear camera setup consists of a 48-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro lens.
The OPPO Reno 9A is available in two color options, black and white. It is priced at 40,656 Japanese Yen (approximately $291). Furthermore, it will go on sale in Japan in late June.
