On April 28th, Gizcoupon reported that Motorola is set to release a new folding screen phone soon. It is likely to be called either Razr 2023 or Razr+ 2023, with the International version named Motorola Razr 40 Ultra. Evan Blass, a well-known leaker, recently shared renderings of its folding screen.
These images show the 3.X-inch secondary screen of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, which comes in various styles. Moreover, it supports personalized menus, including options to adjust font, color, sound, and wallpaper.
SamInsider revealed the leaked price of it. The 8GB+256GB version is approximately 1200 Euros (around 1322 USD). The phone will be available in at least three colors: Glacier Blue, Extraordinaire Magenta, and Phantom Black.
Previously, a new model of Motorola phone with the model number XT2321-2 was certified by the Quality Certification Center of China and is expected to be the new Moto Razr 2023 folding screen phone. The certification shows that the Motorola Moto Razr 2023 has a 3640mAh battery and supports 33W fast charging.

The Moto Razr 2023 will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip (with a benchmark score showing a maximum CPU frequency of 3.19GHz). Additionally, it will come with 8GB or 12GB of memory pre-installed with the Android 13 system.
