If you have received an update, please go to “Settings → My Device → MIUI Version” to complete the process. Be sure to back up important data before upgrading. Also, you should keep in mind that some models may have slightly different release times due to functions.
We still have no clue when exactly MIUI 14 will be available for smartphones in the global market, but Xiaomiui is sure that it will be “soon”.
The MIUI 14 update is so important because Xiaomi has overhauled the whole system. We can say that this is a completely new skin that is much faster, more mature, and corresponds to all the current trends. This is especially true for displaying large-screen content.
P.S. At the end of 2022, we provided the full list of the Xiaomi-branded smartphones that will get the MIUI 14 update. It includes models not only from Xiaomi and Redmi brands but also from the POCO brand.
